1. Collasped toolbar too high, and its width not consistent before/after browser window launch. – FIXED
   In global/toolbar.css:

   toolbargrippy[tbgrippy-collapsed="true"] {
   height: 9px !important;
   width: 23px !important;
   }
   

   yep, !important is important.
